Adam Juhanowicz
CEO | Managing Partner
I specialize in analyzing geopolitical threats for business, covering global, regional, and local scales. I assess how geopolitical processes impact the security of companies and their business strategies.
In my professional career, I have worked in areas such as public relations, human resources, and the creation of teams supporting back-office processes. I have developed comprehensive corporate security strategies, with a special focus on the human factor.
As a co-founder of Winstone – the first PR Agency in Poland specializing in crisis management and strategic communication consulting – I contributed to the development of structural strategies for companies, tailored to their individual challenges. Through precise problem diagnosis and close collaboration with management boards, Winstone gained a strong market position, building customer trust and long-term relationships. Our efforts not only solved current crises but also supported deep structural changes, process optimization, and the development of image strategies.
For many years, I also provided advisory services in the areas of human resources, payroll, and reputation risk management, and participated in the building of company structures. Recent years have seen experience in a managerial position in the banking sector and consulting for companies in the energy industry.
Between 2005 and 2010, I worked in public administration, initially in the Press Office of the City Hall of Warsaw and later in the Office of the President of the Republic of Poland.
My education includes historical studies at the University of Warsaw and political science with a specialization in journalism at the Higher School of International Relations and American Studies. I also graduated from the Faculty of National Security at the War Studies University, specializing in the methodology of a national security analyst’s work.
I am currently preparing my doctoral thesis on a proprietary program to engage business managers in the support system of the Polish Armed Forces and local community leaders, in line with the civil defense system. I am the creator of the GeoRADAR communication and strategic analysis tool.

I am an expert with experience in management, business process organization, and optimization, including administrative, financial, and legal areas. I graduated in law, which allows me to take a comprehensive approach to organizational and legal issues. With experience in both the public and private sectors, I have been running my own company for many years, providing comprehensive services to businesses in managing personnel documentation, accounting, control and management of information flow, as well as legal consulting and auditing. My role is to support companies at every stage of their operations, from day-to-day administration to strategic planning of corrective actions that improve organizational efficiency.
My activities include not only oversight of documentation and reporting but also control over performance and work organization. I start each project with an in-depth analysis of the organization, studying the relationships between departments, analyzing the flow of information and documentation, and the structure of competencies. This allows me to effectively diagnose organizational and process-related issues and propose solutions that precisely meet the client’s needs and objectives. I prepare detailed reports with conclusions and recommendations for changes in organizational structure, document flow, reporting relationships, control systems, motivation methods, and competency levels.
I serve a wide range of clients, from commercial law companies and manufacturing firms to large capital groups, offering support tailored to the company’s size and specific needs. I have experience in conducting administrative, enforcement, and court proceedings, as well as collaborating with law firms, which allows me to smoothly integrate business and legal aspects. This enables me to offer comprehensive solutions that support the daily functioning of businesses, including contract negotiations, document control, debt collection, and participation in contract signing and other legally required forms.
As the Head of Back Office in the company and co-founder of HankWorker agency, I am responsible for financial management and supervision of key operational areas, including accounting, payroll, auditing, cost control, and project settlements. My task is to ensure financial stability and budget liquidity while adapting the financial strategy to the dynamically changing market and developmental needs of our clients. I am also responsible for ensuring compliance with legal regulations and implementing financial policies that support transparency of processes and operational efficiency. Through a comprehensive approach to financial management, I contribute to building durable organizational structures that enhance the competitiveness and stability of companies in the long term.
